A Subconscious, Somatic & Spiritual Healing Journey with Elli Richter
Rewire to Release
Healing heartbreak from the inside out.
What if this heartbreak is the beginning of something beautiful?
Begin Your RewireIf your heart is broken right now, you may be moving through a thousand different feelings in the same day.
You may desperately want them back. You may know the relationship wasn't right for you and still ache for them.
You may be checking your phone, replaying conversations, wondering what they're thinking, looking for signs, trying to understand what happened.
You may be trying to let go while another part of you is still hoping. You may find yourself wanting to surrender one moment and wanting to control the outcome the next.
Call them. Don’t call them.
Let go. Manifest them back.
Move on. Wait.
Your mind can become a battlefield when your heart hasn't caught up with what has happened.
Â
This is for the part of you that knows there is more here
Maybe you are at the very beginning of heartbreak.
Maybe the ending happened yesterday.
Maybe it happened months ago and you still feel deeply connected.
Maybe you're in no-contact.
Maybe you're still talking.
Maybe you're wondering if you should reach out.
Maybe you're hoping they'll come back.
Maybe you are trying to manifest a reunion.
Maybe you're trying desperately to stop thinking about them.
Maybe you're somewhere in between all of it.
There is no right way to feel here.
There is simply what is true for you right now.
And whatever your relationship ultimately becomes—whether you find your way back to each other, consciously choose separate paths, or eventually open your heart to someone entirely new—this inner work is still yours.
Heartbreak can make you want to control the outcome
When something we love becomes uncertain, the mind naturally starts searching for something it can control.
Maybe you analyze every text, look for meaning in their silence, check their social media, ask your friends what they think. You search for signs, replay the last conversation, and wonder what would happen if you said the right thing.
You try to become less available so they chase you, or more available so they don't leave.
You try to manifest, to detach, to surrender.
And underneath all of these strategies can be the same longing:
“Please let me know that I’m going to be okay.”
I want you to know something: There is nothing shameful about this.
This is what happens when something deeply meaningful feels uncertain.
What if you used this moment differently?
What if this time became an invitation?
- An invitation to understand yourself more deeply.
- To discover the beliefs you've been carrying about love.
- To understand your attachment.
- To feel what you've been trying so hard to avoid.
- To recognize the patterns that keep repeating.
- To understand what you were seeking from this person.
- To discover where you have given your power away.
- To strengthen your ability to receive.
- To learn how to love without abandoning yourself.
- To become deeply rooted in who you are.
This is where heartbreak can become transformational.
Not because the pain was necessary.
Not because you have to be grateful that someone hurt you.
But because you are here now and you can use this moment.
Â
The sages saw heartbreak differently
The sages teach that separation comes through the energy of
judgment and restriction.
And if you've experienced a breakup, you know something about separation.
It creates a dividing line. Yesterday there was an us, today there is me and you.
There can be turbulence in that space. Longing. Anger. Fear. Grief. Hope. Confusion. The desire to close the distance and the desire to protect yourself from ever being hurt again.
But separation itself doesn't tell you what the story means.
What you do with the space afterward does.
The sages even speak about disagreements that can exist for the sake of heaven—where two people can see life differently and the separation between their perspectives ultimately creates greater wisdom.
So perhaps the most important question isn’t:
“Are we together or apart?”
It is:
“Who am I becoming through this?”
That question gives you your life back.
Â
The energy of your attention
Right now, your attention may naturally be pulled toward them.
Their name, their messages, their absence, their presence, their social media, their feelings, their next move.
And that makes sense.
You loved this person, your brain and body formed associations around them and your life became intertwined with theirs.
But there is a spiritual principle here that can change everything:
Energy follows attention.
Every time you bring your attention back to yourself, you reclaim your energy, your clarity.
your creativity, your sensuality, your confidence, your capacity to receive and your connection to your own life.
You're not forcing yourself to stop caring, you're learning to hold love with an open hand.
To feel without gripping, to care without abandoning yourself.
To remain open to what is meant for you without trying to force the form it takes.
And this is where the miracle begins
Because the miracle may not be getting the exact outcome you are trying to create right now.
The miracle may be who you become in the process.
Maybe you and this person find your way back to each other—with two people who have grown enough to create something entirely different.
Maybe you realize that this relationship completed its purpose and you walk forward with extraordinary clarity.
Maybe you open your heart again and discover a love that couldn't have entered your life until you became this version of yourself.
You don’t have to decide today.
You don't have to know the ending to begin the transformation.
This work prepares you for all of it.
You are the miracle you are creating
This is why I created Rewire to Release.
Not to teach you how to get over someone or to convince you that the relationship didn't matter. And definitely not to tell you whether you should stay or go or what your future is supposed to look like.
This is a journey inward.
A place to understand what is happening beneath the surface, to work with the subconscious beliefs that heartbreak has activated, to move through the emotions instead of becoming consumed by them, and to understand the deeper lesson inside the experience.
And ultimately…to remember yourself.
There is a version of you underneath the heartbreak, the longing, the fear and the need to know what happens next.
And that version of you is still here.
Â
The work happens at the deepest level
You may already understand a lot about what happened, know the relationship wasn't healthy, understand your patterns, and know you deserve more.
You may know you need to let go.
Yet your body can still feel attached, your subconscious can still expect them, and your nervous system can still respond to their absence.
Â
Rewire to Release works beneath the conscious mind.
Across ten sessions, we combine hypnotherapy, subconscious reprogramming, and spiritual wisdom
to work with the deeper patterns underneath heartbreak.
One
What Actually Happened
Understand what heartbreak is doing in your brain, body, and nervous system so you can stop fighting your own experience and begin working with it.
Two
The Identity Collapse
When a relationship ends, an entire version of your life can disappear with it. We begin discovering who you are underneath the identity that existed inside the relationship.
Three
The Stories Running on Loop
The subconscious beliefs about love, worth, rejection, and abandonment that can become louder after heartbreak—and the beginning of changing them.
Four
Anger & Resentment
Move the energy of anger through instead of allowing it to keep you energetically tied to what happened.
Five
Grief Without a Timeline
Give grief the space it needs to move, so your emotional system can begin completing what happened rather than remaining suspended inside it.
Six
Forgiveness
Explore forgiveness as an act of freedom—releasing the energetic weight of the past while honoring what actually happened.
Seven
Who Were You Before Them?
Turn the question around. Instead of trying to return to an earlier version of yourself, discover what this relationship revealed about what you were seeking, what you were missing, and who you are becoming now.
Eight
The Meaning Inside the Pain
Discover the spark of light inside the experience. What did this relationship come to reveal, develop, or awaken within you?
Nine
Becoming Available Again
Begin opening back up to life, pleasure, receiving, and love from a place of fullness rather than longing.
Ten
The New Chapter
Become the person who consciously chooses what comes next—and creates from a new internal foundation.
This is your inner work
Each module gives you three ways to work with the experience:
Teaching
So your conscious mind understands what is happening.
Soul Curriculum
So you can begin seeing the deeper meaning and opportunity inside the experience.
Hypnotherapy
So the work moves beneath conscious understanding and into the subconscious patterns where your beliefs and emotional responses are held.
You don't have to know how this story ends
Maybe you are secretly hoping they come back.
Maybe you're praying for a miracle.
Maybe part of you knows you need to move forward.
Maybe you have no idea.
You don't have to know yet.
Do the work.
Feel what needs to be felt.
See what needs to be seen.
Release what you're ready to release.
Reclaim the parts of yourself that became attached to the relationship.
Build your inner vessel.
Become available for more love, more peace, more truth, more life.
And then let life reveal the next chapter.
Because whether the miracle is reunion, release, or a love you haven't even imagined yet, the work is the same:
You become more fully yourself.
And when you remember yourself…
everything becomes possible.
